This “Privacy Policy” details the privacy policies and procedures of MCX AMERICA LLC owner of the DEAROMA brand, in connection with the DEAROMA website (www.mydearoma.com), the DEAROMA mobile application, and any other website or mobile application that we may control, own, host or offer and which is bound by this Privacy Policy, including but not limited to DEAROMA retail stores, related services and individual rights with respect to your personal information.

However, there is a security risk inherent in all internet and data technologies and as such we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information in cases that may be beyond our control.

Web Beacons
We may also use web beacons (also known as pixel tags and clear GIFs) on our Sites and in our HTML-formatted emails to track users' actions on our Sites and interactions with our emails. Unlike cookies, which are stored on your computer or mobile device's hard drive by a website, pixel tags are embedded invisibly on web pages or in HTML-formatted emails. Pixel tags are used to demonstrate that a web page was accessed or that certain content was viewed, typically to measure the success of our marketing campaigns or engagement with our emails, and to compile statistics about use of the Sites so that we can manage our content more effectively.

Allow you to make purchases of flavoring equipment, fragrances and other products that we sell for purchase on websites and other sales channels.

Esser hyperlinks are not an endorsement or representation that we are affiliated with any third party. Additionally, our content may be included on web pages or online services that are not associated with us. We do not control third-party websites or online services. As such, we are not responsible for the actions of any third parties. Each website and services follow their own policies regarding the collection and shared use of personal information.

DEAROMA is headquartered in the United States and may have service providers in other countries. Your personal information may be transferred to the United States or other locations outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction.
SECTION 8 – AGE OF CONSENT
The Service is not intended for use by anyone under sixteen (16) years of age, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen (16) years of age through the Service. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor without the consent of the minor's parent or guardian, as required by law, we will delete it. By using this Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site .

SECTION 10 – SHOPIFY
Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify will store your credit card details. It is encrypted using the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete the purchase transaction. Once this is complete, your purchase transaction information will be deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
