In the expectation of always providing the best experience for our customers, we offer a 30-day return policy. In this case, you must request the return within 15 days after receiving the item.
If the customer wishes to cancel their order before shipping with a full refund, they can do so by sending an email to support@mydearoma.com, within a maximum of 24 hours of order processing.
If you wish to exchange your item, you must return the item you have first, and once the return is approved, we will provide you with credit to purchase the new item.
To make your return eligible, you will need your proof of purchase, and your item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Promotional items or gift cards are not eligible for return.
If you would like to initiate your return, please contact us by email at support@mydearoma.com, providing information about the item to be returned, the invoice number and the name of the buyer. All returns are subject to review and additional information may be requested for acceptance.
If your return is accepted, we will email you the return information, with instructions on how and where to send your package, and you will be responsible for shipping costs. Please do not send your item back without first having your return request approved.

Problems with your order
When your order arrives, please inspect the box for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If it is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. It is normal for the shipping box to show some wear and tear; however, if there is product damage, contact us immediately.
Refund
You will be notified once we have received and inspected your return whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
Returns
If your return is accepted, we will email you the return information, with instructions on how and where to send your package, with shipping costs at your expense. Once shipped, please email support@mydearoma.com with proof of postage for tracking. Do not send your item back without first having your return request approved.
Please make sure the returned item is in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
Gift Cards
All gift cards are considered final sale, are non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Sample Packs
Sample packs cannot be returned.
Installment Programs and Subscription Plans
All installment and financing programs that are part of the DearClub program are non-refundable and are subject to the terms agreed upon in the contract.
Legal Notices
Remember, it is your responsibility to securely pack the product when preparing your return. Please use the shipping label provided to ensure proper tracking. Please note that if you have more than one order to return or exchange, you will need to send separate emails requesting your return.
