GENERAL RULES
DEAROMA is offering a diffuser with special discounts when you subscribe to a fragrance monthly for at least 12 months. DEAROMA is not obligated to make this Offer available at all times.

ELEGIBILITY
To be eligible for the Offer, you must subscribe to any of the DEAROMA fragrances defined for the offer and maintain the Subscription for a period of at least 12 months. You may change the fragrance(s) in your Subscription at any time, which will be sent in the next monthly shipping cycle.

PRICES
As part of your subscription, the advertised price should be increased by additional taxes and shipping. The total cost of the subscription is the value of your monthly subscription multiplied by 12 months and increased by additional taxes and shipping for each monthly shipment. DEAROMA reserves the right to change the subscription price at any time, so the price may increase in the future for new subscriptions while remaining fixed for already contracted subscriptions.

SUBSCRIPTION
Before paying any fee or amount to DEAROMA for your subscription, you will have the opportunity to review and accept the fees that will be charged. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise provided in the terms of the offer. Your subscription covers a period of 12 months with consecutive billing and pausing the plan is not allowed. If you activate a Subscription, you authorize DEAROMA or its third-party payment processors to charge monthly on the payment method associated with your account until the end of the minimum 12-month subscription period. Your subscription will be charged monthly on the subscription billing date with the shipment of the chosen fragrance. Shipping fees and applicable taxes will be added to the value of your subscription. After this initial 12-month period, your subscription will be automatically renewed and will continue until you cancel; after the 12-month period, your subscription may incur additional charges according to the current pricing table.

OFFER MODIFICATION
DEAROMA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer in whole or in part. Any Subscriptions in effect at the time the Offer is modified, suspended, or terminated will be subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time the Subscription was acquired.

CANCELLATION
12-month Cancellation. Customers may request cancellation without penalties and termination fees after the minimum 12-month period, being aware that the plan automatically renews after this period until canceled by the customer in their
subscription management.

EARLY CANCELLATION
Customers may request cancellation at any time before the minimum 12-month period; however, they must pay an early termination fee, proportional to the discounts granted on the diffusers, for the remaining months to complete the minimum 12-month period. Any outstanding fragrance fees dispatched before cancellation will remain the customer's obligation. To be eligible for a refund, the fragrance must remain unopened and undamaged. The diffusers sent in the subscription plan do not need to be returned, meaning they will be owned by the customers after the minimum 12-month period with consecutive billing and payments agreed upon in the offer or with early termination and payment of the termination fee.

HOW TO CANCEL
You must cancel your Subscription 5 days prior to renewal to avoid being charged for the next periodic subscription fee on your account. You can cancel the subscription by sending an email to support@mydearoma.com or by accessing your Dearoma customer portal.

YOUR CANCELLATION MUST BE RECEIVED 5 DAYS BEFORE THE RENEWAL DATE TO AVOID BEING CHARGED FOR THE NEXT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD.

DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS
DEAROMA may suspend or terminate a Subscription for any account for which any amount is due but unpaid. In addition to the amount due for a Subscription, a delinquent account will be charged with fees or charges incidental to any chargeback or collection of any unpaid amount, including collection fees and fees for services performed by third parties to effect such collection.

If your payment method is no longer valid at the time of Subscription Fee due date and the customer fails to provide a new valid method within 7 days after it is overdue, DEAROMA reserves the right to suspend your subscription and cease sending fragrances, and at any time notify the customer of the outstanding termination fee. DEAROMA reserves the right to take legal action against the customer to enforce its rights under the terms agreed herein, as well as is authorized to report the default to credit score analysis platforms.
