GENERAL RULES

 DEAROMA is offering a diffuser with special discounts when you subscribe to a fragrance monthly for at least 12 months. DEAROMA is not obligated to make this Offer available at all times.

 Customers subscribed to any Subscription Plan (Diffuser + Fragrance) must maintain an active subscription for a minimum of 12 (twelve) consecutive months and may not suspend or pause their subscription. If a customer decides to cancel their subscription before fulfilling this commitment, an early termination fee prorated for the remaining period will apply, calculated based on the total value of the diffuser.

 If the customer wishes to cancel their order before shipping with a full refund, they can do so by sending an email to support@mydearoma.com, within a maximum of 24 hours of order processing.

 

ELEGIBILITY

To be eligible for the Offer, you must subscribe to any of the DEAROMA fragrances defined for the offer and maintain the Subscription for a period of at least 12 months. You may change the fragrance(s) in your Subscription at any time, which will be sent in the next monthly shipping cycle.

 

PRICES

As part of your subscription, the advertised price shall be increased by additional taxes and shipping. The total cost of the subscription is the amount of your monthly subscription multiplied by 12 months plus additional taxes and shipping for each monthly shipment. DEAROMA reserves the right to change the price of the subscription at any time, therefore, the price may increase or decrease in the future for new subscriptions, while remaining fixed for subscriptions already contracted.

 

SUBSCRIPTION

Before paying any fee or amount to DEAROMA for your subscription, you will have the opportunity to review and accept the fees that will be charged. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable. Your subscription covers a period of 12 months with consecutive billing and is not permitted to pause the plan. By contracting your subscription, you authorize DEAROMA or its third-party payment processors to charge monthly to the payment method associated with your account until the end of the minimum subscription period of 12 months. Your subscription will be charged monthly on the subscription billing date with the shipment of the chosen fragrance. Shipping fees and applicable taxes will be added to the amount of your subscription. After this initial 12-month period, your subscription will automatically renew and continue until you cancel; after the 12-month period, your subscription may incur additional charges according to the current price list.

 

OFFER MODIFICATION

DEAROMA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer in whole or in part. Any Subscriptions in effect at the time the Offer is modified, suspended, or terminated will be subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time the Subscription was acquired.

 

CANCELLATION AFTER 12 MONTHS

Customers may request cancellation without penalties and termination fees after the minimum 12-month period, being aware that the plan automatically renews after this period until canceled by the customer in their subscription management.

 

EARLY CANCELLATION

Customers may request cancellation at any time before the minimum 12-month period; however, they must pay an early termination fee, proportional to the discounts granted on the diffusers, for the remaining months to complete the minimum 12-month period. Any outstanding fragrance fees dispatched before cancellation will remain the customer's obligation. To be eligible for a refund, the fragrance must remain unopened and undamaged. The diffusers sent in the subscription plan do not need to be returned, meaning they will be owned by the customers after the minimum 12-month period with consecutive billing and payments agreed upon in the offer or with early termination and payment of the termination fee.

 

HOW TO CANCEL

You can cancel your subscription after the 12-month period by notifying us 5 days before the automatic renewal, by sending an email to support@mydearoma.com or by logging into your Dearoma customer portal.

YOUR CANCELLATION MUST BE RECEIVED 5 DAYS BEFORE THE RENEWAL DATE TO AVOID BEING CHARGED FOR THE NEXT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD.

 

DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS

DEAROMA may suspend or terminate a delinquent Subscription after 3 attempts to charge the registered billing method. The customer must change their billing method in the event of a change by accessing their management panel.

 In addition to the amount due for early termination of a subscription, the delinquent account will be charged with fees or charges incidental to any chargeback or collection of any unpaid amount, including collection fees and fees for services performed by third parties to effect such collection.

 If your payment method is no longer valid at the time of the Subscription Fee due date and the customer does not provide a new valid method within 7 days after the due date, DEAROMA reserves the right to suspend your subscription and stop sending fragrances and, at any time, notify the customer of the pending termination fee. DEAROMA reserves the right to take legal action against the customer to enforce its rights under the terms agreed herein, and is also authorized to report defaults to credit score analysis platforms.
