For customers enrolled in a Fragrance Oil Subscription, maintaining an active subscription for a minimum of 30 (thirty) days is required.

If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase before the product is shipped, DEAROMA will provide a full refund. However, if the customer chooses to cancel their membership after delivery but before the minimum term, the customer will be required to refund the promotional discount in full, based on the net total of the order, with the customer responsible for the return shipping of the product.


Customers enrolled in any Subscription Plan (Diffuser + Fragrance) must maintain an active subscription for a minimum of 12 (twelve) months. If a customer decides to cancel their subscription before fulfilling this commitment, an early termination fee proportional to the remaining period will be applied, calculated based on the total value of the diffuser.

Paused subscriptions in a Subscription Plan (Diffuser + Fragrance) are not eligible for cancellation if the account does not have the 12 consecutive, successfully paid and delivered processes. If a customer is dissatisfied with the purchase before delivery, DEAROMA will issue a full refund.
