For customers enrolled in a Fragrance Oil Subscription, maintaining an active subscription for a minimum of 30 (thirty) days is required.

 If a customer cancels their purchase within 24 hours of order processing, they may request cancellation for a full refund by emailing support@mydearoma.com.

 However, if a customer chooses to cancel their subscription after delivery but before the minimum term, the customer will be required to refund the promotional discount in full, based on the net total of the order, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping of the product.
